What needs cleaning?
No. Most of our clients give us a key or a code. Every key set is numbered, never labeled with your address, and kept locked at the office.
Yes, everything is included in the price: vacuum, microfibre cloths washed after every home, and fragrance-free eco-certified products. If you prefer your own products, we use them at no extra cost.
Yes. For recurring service, a fixed team is assigned to you. If someone is away, the replacement receives your file: your preferences, priority rooms and special instructions.
Tell us within 48 hours and we come back to fix it at no charge. It's our only guarantee, but it's unconditional.
Not for residential: stop whenever you want with one visit's notice. For commercial, the agreement is 12 months so we can assign a stable team to your building.
