Terms of service

These terms govern the cleaning services offered by Vision Net Pro in Châteauguay and on the South Shore.

Every request leads to a free personalized quote with no commitment. No amount is owed until a quote has been accepted by the client.

The quote describes the planned service, its frequency and its cost. It is based on the information provided by the client; if the actual situation differs significantly, the quote may be adjusted by agreement.

The schedule is agreed between the parties. The client ensures access to the premises is possible on the agreed date and time.

If prevented, each party undertakes to notify the other as soon as possible so a new date can be agreed.

Payment terms are set out in the accepted quote.

An appointment may be cancelled or postponed by either party. Applicable cancellation conditions, if any, are stated in the quote.

If the result does not match what was agreed, the client is invited to inform us promptly so that we can find a solution.

These terms are governed by the law in force in the province of Québec.
